I’ve been a coach and facilitator for the past 9 years and worked with thousands of people and  deeply devoted to and fascinated by what lies inside of the human spirit. The profoundness of it, how magnanimous it is. To discover this immensity and let if travel free is a thing of rare beauty, that is the attempt in everything I do.

After having worked with thousands of people now, I have seen Grace as a thing that works, literally has the ability to better our lives and fill it with a sense of deep peace. If we’re willing, open and listening and I see the subtle power and ability it has to shift the grounds of our lives consistently and easily.

Approach

I have had deep understanding of the ontological coaching approach (focused on the being) and the subtler nuances of  NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Gestalt (Feeling centric approach) among many other approaches. Lately I’ve also been integrating these along with many other creative methods of enquiry such Film Therapy, Poetry, Creative writing, Games etc

I’ve served as visiting faculty in various management colleges including  Bharathi Vidya Bhavan, NITK Suratkal, M.P Birla, Jain college Bangalore, St Joseph’s Art and Science college and St. Joseph’s college of commerce.In the corporate domain, he has Coached and facilitated for middle & top management teams, at established organizations in different fields like Edumedia ( Education) , Sundaram Finance ( Finance) , Aditya Birla Group ( Construction) , Naukri ( 99acres.com Property), Yahoo, PBEL (Global Real Estate Developers, Murray Culshaw(NGO), Pink Lemonade (Communications and Design) MIRAE asset Fund, Beyond Square Feet (Mall consultants), Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Hero Honda, RSB Group (Auto part manufacturers).
